How to use Neem powder:
Internal use:
Recommended usage: Take ½ - 1 teaspoon of Neem powder twice a day with hot water 1 hr after meals. This can be added to your smoothies.

This product can be used as a facial mask.
For external use:
Take 1 tablespoon neem powder, 1 teaspoon castor oil, and 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or aloe vera juice. Apply it evenly on your face and neck, and let it dry for 20mins. Wash with cool water, pat dry and moisturize.
